A little-known but in my opinion stellar, sad, beautiful song. It is from the great wave of songs Charles Aznavour released in the late 80's and early 90's, in his timeless collaboration with brother-in-law, composer, best friend and "accomplice habituel" (regular accomplice) Georges Garvarentz. The lyrics are touching... they understand COMPLETELY the human condition. They capture the essence of what it is to be a person, and the ups and downs of that what we know to be "life". Illustrious song.

Mark Thomas, known to many of you as elvidinck and The Livingroom Singer, sang the difficult French Charles Aznavour song "Le cabotin" in Italian, a song both he and I love, FOR MY BIRTHDAY, and crafted this video showcasing my regional identity and a trip that I am taking to Europe this Summer 2011. I recorded this at the Gibson Amphitheatre - Charles Aznavour singing his most celebrated English song "She" on April 22, 2012! DO NOT WORRY, I covered my camera's flash and all visible lights with a black electric tape, and I shielded the camera's illuminated screen off from view by using my jacket. I did not distract Charles in any way at all. I sat in the 2nd row!!! it was so awesome
