Not played the guitar in a while as I've been focusing on the bass.. Need brushing up on my technique so don't be too harsh! :P I've demonstrated in this video that I can downpick as many of you have been requesting I do, and also a request to cover a Slipknot song has been asked by a lot of you. Sometimes playing the same bass riff throughout a song gets a little tedious if its repetitive, so I decided to do short snippets of songs with really prominent bass riffs, rather than recording the whole song. 1) Rapper's Delight- Sugarhill Gang 2) Got to be Real- Cheryl Lynn 3) Long Train Runnin'- The Doobie Brothers 4) Perfect 10- The Beautiful South 5) Billie Jean- Michael Jackson 6) Money- Pink Floyd 7) I Wish- Stevie Wonder 8) Aeroplane- Red Hot Chili Peppers I know I've already made a cover of Aeroplane, but that was a while back and I guess I've improved since then :) I really wanted to end on a RHCP song because lets face it, Flea is a bass God! =D
